10 day Volcano, Rainforest, Beach Itinerary with eco-Plus lodging

I had promised you some more feedback. Here are a few things I just wanted to point out. Hoping they are helpful to you.

Our guide, Jose, was fantastic! He was friendly, informative and especially great with the kids. He had a huge amount of energy and it really enhanced our entire experience. Our kids really missed him when he was gone.
We were really happy with each place we stayed at (Buena Vista, Playa Negra Guesthouse, Arenal Observatory). I would comment that La Quinta was not as good as the other places. And it wasn’t that it was more rustic (that was fine with us) but it wasn’t at all well maintained or particularly clean. I thought I’d let you know in case you get similar feedback from others.
We especially loved Playa Negra Guesthouse. The managers there were lovely.
In playa negra, there is the more modern Cahuita pizzeria which had fabulous food! Not sure if that was on your radar.
The ziplining in Sarapiqui was absolutely fantastic – our girls are 6 and 8 and out of the 12 ziplines they only had to do 5 with a guide and they could do the others completely on their own. The guides were amazing with the kids.
We went to the sloth sanctuary by Cahuita. It was $75 USD for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would say it was good for kids but I know some people had heard that it was over-rated and I wouldn’t argue with that. It could have been better but our kids were really looking forward to seeing the baby sloths so they were happy with it.
Finally, dealing with you has been an absolute pleasure! You’ve been so helpful and responsive and I really appreciated that. The material you provided was super helpful and we referred to it everyday.

I will certainly recommend your service to anyone who will listen! 🙂
