>We had a wonderful trip overall and, thankfully, an uneventful trip home (despite reading horror stories about hours-long security lines, etc.). We had a conversation about trip highlights/favorite things over dinner on the beach on our last night in Samara, and it was hard to choose, although I think we all agreed that we loved a particular day in Monteverde that included a morning bird walk in Curi-Cancha, then ziplining and hanging bridges at Treetopia, followed by an amazing dinner at Kapi Kapi that happened to coincide with sunset.

Your services are top notch. I don’t have any complaints or things you should do differently.
The biggest challenge for us was finding a place large enough for 6, that didn’t require 2 rooms. I really enjoyed Chachagua. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a bit of a walk from the main lodge area, which was fine with us as we like to walk. The only downside is that the food was very Americanized and expensive. So I do think it would be helpful

It was a fabulous trip and I will say that it was absolutely flawless. Everything was very smooth and easy and Jose was incredible. We saw so many unique things and the different sections of the trip actually felt a bit like separate trips completely.
Highlights for me were a coffee/chocolate tour in La Fortuna and I LOVED Hotel Silencio and the hot springs and volcano right there. We also got to see a sea turtle rescue up close from our snorkeling boat one day in Drake Bay. They had to cut it out of a fishing net

We had a fantastic time in Costa Rica, and this trip has given us hope to go on many more adventures with our little ones in the future! My husband and I both liked it a lot more than just a beach/resort vacation as we got to see and do so much more. This has been a growing experience for all of us.
A big Thank you to Kevin for his knowledge, patience and kindness. We all loved him. My 5 year old said that now he has a best friend in Costa Rica named Camilla (Kevin’s daughter)

If I had one heads up, it would be the rooster at Campo Silencio (kind of ironic name, haha!) It crows from 3 am to 4 am and it’s right next to the family villas! These are but a few suggestions that came to my mind. Though you specifically say print out the itinerary, please remind people to bring it with them to show custom authorities. In addition to their passport. They wanted your flight home where you’re gonna be staying, which is all in your detailed (provided, they have it on hand and readily available). Unfortunately, these requirements aren’t available to the public until you get pretty close to the customs, agent and people are starting

Jenny, it was fabulous! Better than I could have dreamed Costa Rica would be. We were on the fence about the whole guide thing but Kevin made the trip SO much better! I loved that we didn’t have to worry about all the logistics. He was just so patient, kind, informative and fun to be with. We were all sad when it was time to depart. One of the biggest highlights was whitewater rafting with him as guide and 2 others that helped take video and provided extra safety. We felt like royalty who later get dunked!

Thank you for organising the most wonderful trip, we had such an amazing adventure!
Luis was an amazing guide and such a lovely, interesting guy to spend time with. We can’t thank him or praise him enough.
Overall everything worked really well and we were delighted with all of the accommodation and enjoyed all of our excursions.
The only real negative came after a wonderful couple of days in Tortuga Lodge when we received the bill for the trips we had done and it was more than three times the price we had agreed when we booked
