9 day Arenal Volcano, Rainforest, Caribbean Coast Beach with eco-Upgrade lodges
Thank you for planning such a wonderful vacation. Luis and Gil were great and attentive guides and Silvia [babysitter] was simply amazing. She was basically part of the family by the end of the trip and Tommy still talks about her. We cannot say enough positive things about her and her presence made this trip so much better for all three of us.
A couple of things about our stay:
Arenal – we loved our hotel and although we tried out a place to eat in La Fortuna, the food was reasonable at El Silencio. We did the hanging bridges

8 day Cloud Forest and Samara Beach from Liberia airport with Eco-Upgrade Lodges
We’re back, and thankful to you for organizing a wonderful trip. We all loved Santa Elena and Hotel Belmar, a true gem. Without doubt the ziplining in Selvatura was the highlight, our 5-year old grand daughter absolutely loved it, as did the adults. She also was delighted with the Herpetarium, looking for the frogs and snakes both during the day and in the evening (the little, and no so little, critters are incredibly well camouflaged, but Emme did an amazing job of finding them). We liked Morpho’s for dinner and the Orchid Cafe for lunch. I would not recommend the

It was amazing. What a wonderful, memorable, life changing trip. I can’t thank you enough. I’ll send you detailed thoughts this week with what we loved and what few/small thing could be done differently for other visitors. But overall just incredible. We will recommend working with you to everyone. My sister will probably want to work with you for next spring break. Thank you thank you thank you!! [Guide, Leo]

We had an amazing trip, and thanks to you for helping me plan it. And we loved both Gil and Leo, they were so sweet!! We miss Gil :-(. He was so much fun for the kids, a great conversationalist, and such a warm heart. He went out of his way to get us where we needed to go always!
-We loved the sloth sanctuary and the baby sloths!! (doing the behind the scenes tour is a must)…it was so worth it 🙂
-our visit with our sponsored child was very cool too
-The Nayara Resort [Arenal Volcano]

8 day Rainforest, Volcano, Cloud Forest Itinerary with eco-Tico lodges
We had a great time in Costa Rica! Jose was wonderful…we couldn’t ask for a better guide! We would totally recommend him and your tour to anyone. We loved every stop. We really enjoyed Alex and his place [Andrea Cristina B&B] in Sarapiqui. The kids really got a kick out of him. We have no complaints and would love to go on another tour some time.
This is Teri C. – we were the second family traveling with the Michael’s family to Costa Rica.
We had a wonderful time – I cannot think of a better guide that we

Thank you very much for all your help with the planning. It really made the whole thing so manageable to do with a 3 year old and made our visit to Costa Rica, which was on our list of places to go, possible.
Our trip started in Arenal and we loved staying at the hotel Silence del Campo. What an amazing place. Our kids loved the place and the hot springs. Most of the time only our family was using their host springs. We actually ended up eating at their restaurant for 2 of our diners and 2 lunches as

9 day Arenal Volcano, Samara Beach Custom Itinerary with Upgrade Lodges
We enjoyed very much the trip arranged by you. The guide Leo is very good and knowledgeable. The accommodation at the Arenal Observatory, Phil’s Villa, is excellent. We particularly enjoyed sitting at the front porch to watch the volcano, the Observatory Restaurant and the 24/7 shuttle service between the hotel and the villa.
Kalimba Villa at Samara Beach is different, but is nice in a different way. Roberto is hospitable and friendly. We had the chance to take in his dinner offering, which is good, but expensive at US$35 per adult with additional charge on beverage.

It was a really big adventure and we made some great memories. Jose was a terrific guide. He was knowledgable about the area but more importantly he was easy to be around and good at providing us the right amount of information, support, suggestions, etc. We have never traveled with a guide before and some of my kids are quite shy and Jose was able to engage them but not overwhelm them. I was also very impressed with his driving skills and overall safety awareness. We also appreciated his ability to suggest activities and scheduling to fit our needs

Thanks so much for all your help in organizing our recent trip to Costa Rica. As requested, here is some feedback we hope is helpful. In summary, we had a great time and everything seemed very organised and we felt well-informed.
Our guide (Jose):
Overall, Jose was fantastic and we only have great things to say about him. Jose was very personable, relaxed, had a great sense of humour and lots of knowledge on everything Costa Rican. With kids, in-laws and different tastes we were often trying to find activities, dining and times that worked for everybody and
